We demand the removal of all Flock and other privatized surveillance equipment that ports data to third party companies utilized by law enforcement agencies operating in Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Limestone, Lawrence, Marion, and Winston Counties. These devices violate our Constitutional right to privacy and unduly shift the burden of proof from the state to the individual.
We demand an end to 287(G) cooperation agreements with the Department of Homeland Security for all law enforcement jurisdictions operating in Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Limestone, Lawrence, Marion, and Winston counties. Administrative warrants issued by the Department of Homeland Security are subversion of due process and are not equivalent to a Judicial removal order. Due process is a fundamental right.
Establish a Truth & Accountability Commission: Advocate for an independent, nonpartisan commission to investigate and publicly document attempts to subvert democratic institutions, ensuring all findings are transparent and actionable.
Demand the public release of all relevant documents related to the January 6th Capitol attack and the Jeffrey Epstein case, followed by accountable investigations and legal consequences for those involved.
Call for independent reviews of Supreme Court appointments or retention decisions where there is credible evidence of improper influence or intent to undermine constitutional norms.
Support thorough, independent investigations and, where evidence warrants, prosecutions for any attempts to undermine the 2020 election or subvert democratic processes.
Repeal any executive actions or legislative changes enacted without proper authority or in violation of constitutional principles, and reinstate wrongfully terminated officials, such as inspectors general.
Demand the immediate review and release of all individuals detained under questionable circumstances, ensuring due process and transparency in every case.

We are calling for: an end to the Genocide in Gaza, a Free Palestine, an end to America’s war of aggression against Iran, an end to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, including Putin’s acts of genocide as part of the Russo-Ukrainian War, an end to the genocide in Darfur, an end to Rohingya genocide, and solidarity with oppressed people everywhere.
50501 calls for the abolition & prosecution of Immigration & Customs Enforcement, the dismantling of Department of Homeland Security, & a pathway to citizenship for all people living within the United States.
50501 is calling for the impeachment, conviction, removal, and indictment of Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth, Kash Patel, and other complicit officials.
50501 stands for the protection of every single person’s inalienable right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. We will always stand on the side of justice and civil rights, against racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, Islamophobia, ableism and every other kind of bigotry. Patriarchy, White Supremacy, and any other form of xenophobia have no place in our movement.
