# **NO KINGS: EARLY VOTING IS YOUR SUPERPOWER!**
On October 17, the NO KINGS movement shifts from PROTEST to **ACTION**.
Come show your community – your kids, grandkids, neighbors, and friends – what civic participation looks like, and how joyful it can be. **Your vote is your superpower—and your participation can help someone else discover theirs.**
Join Change Begins With ME for a fun, family-friendly morning celebrating the power of voting early.
Our inflatable Vote Early Super Squad will be joining us, too—and costumes are encouraged for kids and adults! It’s an opportunity to show young people that voting isn’t simply an errand we run every couple of years. It’s our superpower!!
**FOR ADULTS:**
Bring your ballot – completed or still in progress. If you’re ready to vote early, you can return your ballot at the official ballot drop box at the nearby North University Community Library. You’ll also find reliable voting information and resources for tracking your ballot and knowing where to get help if a voting problem arises.
We’ll share information about Election Protection opportunities for those interested in being ready to help voters leading up to November 3 and afterward.
**FOR KIDS:**
Kids can get in on the action, too! At our Future Voters area, children’s voting booths will offer age-appropriate mock ballots so younger children and older kids can experience making a choice, privately marking a ballot, and casting their vote.
**FOR EVERYONE:**
Explore our interactive Superpower Stations, mingle and enjoy music, and celebrate civic participation together. Click link for event map and additional details. Check back for updates. https://bit.ly/NOKINGS_UCMAP
Help us create a community where voting is visible, shared, and celebrated. Bring a friend. Bring a neighbor. Bring your family. Bring your ballot.
## **YOUR VOTE IS YOUR SUPERPOWER. USE IT. SHARE IT. PROTECT IT.**
**We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next.**
For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.
Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. Unlike previous No Kings actions, No Kings: Vote Early, is not purely a protest. Instead, on October 17th, it’s a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing **our community** together to make a plan to vote early and ensuring every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.
Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
*No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.*
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
